At Go Faster, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. 

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India to most pin codes through our trusted courier partners.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Metro Cities: Requires 2–4 business days for delivery

  • Tier 2 & 3 Cities: Requires 3–7 business days

  • Remote or Rural Areas: Requires 5–10 business days for delivery

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: ₹50 for orders below ₹499

  • Free Shipping: Available on orders of ₹499 or more

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number and link to track your package in real-time.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 48 hours of the last tracking update. We will assist in resolving the issue with the courier partner.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

8. Delivery Attempt and Re-shipment

If the courier is unable to deliver your package after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. In such cases:

  • We can re-ship the order upon request, and additional shipping charges may apply.

  • Refunds (if any) will be processed only after the product is returned to us in its original condition.
