Welcome to GOFaster Health ("the App"), developed and operated by 99imperial.com ltd  (trading as Go Faster). This Privacy Policy explains what personal and health data we collect through the App, why we collect it, how we use and share it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have over your data.

By downloading or using the GOFaster Health App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

This policy applies exclusively to the GOFaster Health mobile application (Android, package name: com.gofasterhealth.tracker). It does not govern our website (gofaster.in) or any other products or services offered by New Leaf Enterprise, which are covered by separate policies.

• Name – used to personalise your experience
• Email address – used for account creation, login, and support

• Phone number – optional, used for account recovery
• Profile information – age, gender, height (used to calculate health metrics)

c. App Usage & Technical Data

• App interactions (features used, screens visited)
• Crash logs and error reports
• Device type, operating system version, and device identifiers
• IP address (collected transiently for security and fraud prevention)

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

9. Third-Party Services & SDKs

The App may use the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy:

• Google Firebase / Crashlytics – crash reporting and app analytics (Firebase Privacy)
• Google Play Services – app distribution and device services (Google Privacy Policy)
• Health Connect (Android) – reading health data from the device health platform, only with your explicit permission

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you via an in-app notification or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. The updated policy will always be available at this URL. Your continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
